Patuxent Research Refuge – North Tract including Lake Allen, 2022-02-12

Today we took a different journey through the refuge. We hadn’t been to Lake Allen in a few years because the road was closed. When we arrived we discovered a small paradise. The noise from the cars barreling down route 32 didn’t overtake the beauty of this location.
