We ran into an opossum at the refuge. I thought it was cute, but my friend does not agree with me due to the fact that apparently they are a nuisance around near her house. I am not saying that I want it for a pet. 🙂

Patuxent Research Refuge – North Tract, 2022-10-30
The weather was beautiful on this day. One of the highlights was being able to see the huge limb of the big tree. It is an American Sycamore and is listed on the Big Trees website as BT-2695 on https://www.mdbigtrees.org/websitedata.
