The WSSC has multiple recreation areas around the dams in the area. We went to the Supplee Lane Recreation area and discovered a scenic peaceful area with trees, power lines, driftwood, and of course a lake.

We visited the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Smyrna, Delaware. It is a beautiful setting. But boy oh boy did we cut our trip short when we discovered the FLIES.
