11/21/2015 During my Main Street walk I discovered Basket Treats by Alexis. The shop was very colorful and so much so that I purchased a chocolate chip and a coffee cupcake. Putting aside that my vegan diet aspirations are failing, it was totally worth it. The cupcakes were delicious.

11/15/2015 This evening my husband took me out for the end of my birthday week dinner. He took me to the Great Sage. The Great Sage is a vegan restaurant in Clarksville, MD. This evening we had the broccoli and potato soup as the appetizer. It was delicious.

Back in January I visited the National Vigilance Park located in Fort Meade, Maryland. The signs specifically told me that I could not turn around and take pictures. I truly obeyed the signs.
