Taking the Photos or Camera Operations

Camera Safety

Always keep the camera strap on your wrist or if it has a neck strap, keep it on your neck. Avoid dropping the camera.

Keep it safe from water and rain.

Camera Cleaning

Don’t touch the camera lens or view finder glass.

Editing Photos

These are some of the typical things you might do to edit your photos.

  • Exposure (Lighter or Darker)
  • Highlights
  • Blacks
  • Whites
  • Contrast
  • Cropping
  • They are advanced techniques that editors such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop allow you to do. The above are just basics. Try to visualize what you want to take a photo of and take it as close to what you would like it to be and use the editor to make it what you want it to be.
