American Sycamore Tree, Patuxent Research Refuge – North Tract, 2022-04-09

There is a big tree at the refuge.

According to the Maryland Big Trees website it is record number BT-2695. This American Sycamore tree was 112 feet in 2014.

The top of the tree has broken off and is huge on its own. This tree is as big as it looks.
