Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Smyrna, DE, 2022-06-26

We visited the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Smyrna, Delaware. It is a beautiful setting. But boy oh boy did we cut our trip short when we discovered the FLIES. They were very very aggressive. So we walked out on the boardwalk, where the flies followed us all the way through. We then continued on the drive through the refuge and I got out to take a few photos. The flies were swarming everywhere. They were so much that I just took a few pictures, well sort of. 🙂
