These are awesome tips on maintaining and supporting #SharePoint sites. In a previous engagement, the organization had a very mature SharePoint implementation. One of the rules that they had was there will be no folders. I was setting up a site for my customer and I knew this was going to be a concern. But in the end we used tags and it worked perfectly. I used views to present information in a few pages and the tags worked perfectly in defining the views.
